Toronto Harris Square | 50.29m | 13s | Urban Capital | Saucier + Perrotte

Perhaps we're verging on new thread territory (I couldn't find one for the final phase but maybe I didn't look hard/smartly enough), but might we have some design cues in the logo that's now up on the site?

There is also this rendering out there in the ether. From here:

Looks like they just reposted the initial proposal presented at the WT DRP last year - the swiggly lines at the bottom is a dead giveaway.

I've noticed soil testing equipment on the site the last 2 evenings

From the upcoming October 25 WT Board Meeting CEO report:

West Don Lands Development
Urban Capital closed on its fourth and final phase in WDL on September 21, 2016. Urban Capital continues to pursue its planning and design approvals with the City and Waterfront Toronto in order to bring the project to market in the spring, 2017.
Waterfront Toronto continues to have design discussions with Dundee Kilmer regarding development of the next phases of the Canary District. Dundee Kilmer intends to bring its concept designs for their next building to the Waterfront Design Review Panel in the fall with an intention to initiate market sales in the spring, 2017. (p. 1)

RC 4 certainly seems more sedate from a design perspective. That said, it seems like a relatively small site, so I don't know if something ostentatious would be appropriate.

We still don't know what it will look like exactly… it may have changed a fair bit since that last leaked rendering.

I was told last week it will be at least 18 months before ground is broken for it as well be at least 15-18 floors, not the current level
