I had zero hopes for this building, and there it goes looking clean and sharp! What a pleasant surprise. I live just around the corner from this building and lamented how it was going to block my view of Pace, but this looks great!

P+S / IBI have been making a resurgence most notably with this and the Livmore. Even the INDX condos look quite alright.

I like the thicker white framing and overall clean look. That's better than we can usually expect and above what I was expecting. Unfortunately, the design is still tacky.

The side without the middle mullion looks much cleaner.
