I'm not sure how it would happen but anything is possible.

The point is that not anything is possible. The towers that were allowed to go up were approved because of the benefits they gave back, and that was the restoration of the existing buildings to create a viable destination out of it. That's done. Cityscape and DREAM will not be allowed to build anything else on the old buildings.

Man, these towers would have looked so much better if they had kept the frosted balconies on one side of the crease and the clear on the other, instead of alternating back and forth.

I rather like the fancy "bottle caps" on top of the towers: they look like they could be full of some expensive whiskey.
