Quite happy with how all this turned out; looking forward to how future development will end up shaping this dense little pocket of Markham.

Agreed -- this has been a pleasant surprise. I don't love any of the individual buildings, but the soon-to-be-removed height restrictions for Buttonville have given this area a nice, consistent form. This might also be the best landscaped stretch of BRT in the GTA.

Thanks! People have been slowly moving in over the past few weeks; the forecourt with the visitor parking still has some work to be done but the rest of the building seems substantially complete.
