Toronto Richmond Adelaide Centre: EY Tower | 188.05m | 40s | Oxford Properties | Kohn Pedersen Fox

That photo from above really shows the "heritage" portion of the building quite well! They rebuilt that sucker to spec, tiny windows and all, I look forward to seeing the exterior finish go back up. Amazing that they can make the building look the same while still being functional by today's standards on the inside!

Remember that to accomplish that, they'll be rebuilding the former 16-storey building as a 13-storey one with higher floors and windows… so it will look similar, if not exactly the same.

Like Bay Adelaide, looks lik most of the height will be achieved through longer, precast lentils.

1021 Hastings I personally like more, it's twist is nice. But I am very happy and looking forward to this project. Definitely one of the best projects in the city.

The "heritage" building recladding is what makes or breaks this in my opinion.

This building won't even make a dent in the Toronto skyline but it will be cute to look at when walking by when it's done.
