Well that turned out nicely. It seems like yesterday when I was standing in ankle deep mud for the groundbreaking back in Oct '12.

It looks alright. Would look so much better without spandrel and curved glass on the corners.

Drove past here today (sorry no photos from moving automobile) and thought that it looked really decent! Not sure what was here before, but I thought that it really suited this corner and it looked like some good materials and quality workmanship...on a quick pass-by. Move-ins soon?

While not perfect, I'd rather have 20 of these

than 3 of those dreary towers at West Lake

Design & location is also 11X Superior here

One reason: easy access to the Royal York bus. The best-looking women on that bus!
