Guess not, but I think maybe it looks better like this anyway. Beautiful looking buildings. I hope we don't see grey spandrel though.

According to the renders the two buildings are now 55 & 40 floors. Problem is renders aren't very trust worthy.
While these renderings are new to us, we do not know when or for whom they were created. These may be just concept plans. Anyone have more info?

Cushman Wakefield First Quarter Marketing email came today and they are bragging that they have sold it.
I wonder who bought it? I just checked Urbanation's tweets and they have nothing.
Maestro was right when on June 5 he said he though the owners were just doing an upzoning before selling. I found the sales flyer here

Most likely some developer with deep pockets and good credit rating....Wow just cant get over it, 55 storys, lakefront, could potentially be the tallest to be built in that area.

Thanks for the info. Plan looks different from the Cushman Wakefield brochure.
Here's what I know about in the area at the moment. If anyone knows any better, please let me know and I'll fix the map.
