That would be great, but I don't believe there's enough room for one here. Maybe one of their new "Independent City Markets"? I could see a full-size Loblaws going into First Capital's redevelopment of the Christie plant lands across Lake Shore.

There is a new guy on the grocery scene: http://nationsfreshfoods.ca/. Maybe one of these stores will pop-up in the area.

That new guy has been planning to open at the Stockyards for many moons now, and nothing is happening in the old Target space yet. I wouldn't hold my breath.

Haven't checked in for a while...Looks like the construction is coming along nicely.
Thanks for the amazing pics guys. Much appritiated.:)

I would love this building if it were anywhere else. I get minor anxiety when I think about 1,200 suites, their residents and cars spilling onto the not-moving Lake Shore.

What is the state of the game with the streetcar along Lake Shore Blvd.? The TTC site is not very clear about what is happening there.

On a more personal note, my wife and I are moving into one of the Beyond the Sea towers this summer. (Chintzy name, attractive unit.). We will have a good view of the shorter Eau de Soleil tower rising through the year. I hope to be able to contribute a few photos through the process.
