Actually, all of what you are seeing there is still two floor slabs away from being at ground level, so that'll be about another two months on those. Then they've got podium levels to build, and this is a big podium, up to seven storeys tall before the towers split from it, so it may be mid-winter until this development starts to feel like it's rising quickly… maybe even next spring.
