It will NOT be black glass. I'll be regular glass with cheap plastic wrap that happens to be black in colour,.... don't ask me how I know! ;p And since it's really just based on black colour plastic wrap,.... It'll tend to fade and look even cheaper when it does. Ditto for the red.

Hey, id take that comment with a "grain of salt", most posts by the above member has to do with how cheap/bad this developer builds...haha, he just cant get over anything Bazis is involved with

Ahh, alright, I'm new to UT, from the SSP site. I'm guessing the glass would have som kindof black film over it? Not sure how coloured glass is produced for projects like this

Anyways, the second tower on Broadway is really nice, simple yet a sortof nod to nearby apt buildings along that street. Podium could've been improved on Broadway, but it'll do.
