2803 Dundas Street West Approved by Community Council
This week, our 2803 Dundas Street West project was approved at the public meeting held by the Toronto and East York Community Council. Located in Toronto's Junction neighbourhood, the seven storey multi-unit residential building will consist of commercial uses at grade and below-parking. Love the polished detailing and high ceilings at grade. Reminds me of the midrises we have here in Capitol Hill (Seattle).

The design looks really sharp and I really like the use of white brick and what looks to be some kind of black siding.
Vaguely reminds me of B.streets.
