oh man, i wonder if those 3 houses on Lillian between 11 and the vivere retirement home sold?
if not, i'd hate to be living there surrounded by 2 or 3 mid-rises ... talk about shadows and people peering into your backyards, etc.

I remembered hearing that it was Lash who were assembling together these properties for a new project.

Soudan Ave appears poised to become the next Y&E side street that will gradually be redeveloped with mid/high-rises. Well at least the north side of Soudan for now. There's another development site in the works between Holly & Dunfield, and also the underused surface parking space on the other side of Lillian should have potential for something in the future.

It is Lash.

Development sign went up on the properties a couple days ago. Just getting around to uploading, including line drawing render and site plan:

Those two semi-detached properties between 11 Lilian and Vivere look like they won't be touched by this development, numbered 15 and 17 Lilian.

The proposal has shrunk by 3 storeys for the Final Report, which is recommended for approval at the February Community Council meeting and therefore likely the March City Council meeting. Thread title checked to reflect 14 storeys.

and they recently set up a sales centre in the retail unit at the south east corner of Mount Pleasant and Soudan Av. Not sure if it's open yet but I've walked past it a few times.
