It seems like they've done 1 level of parking in the last month in the residential towers.
The East Tower is supposed to start occupying Fall 2019, and the West Tower is supposed to be before that. Given the progress so far, do you guys think that's likely?

I would think so, we're still in the fall of 2017, so 2 years sounds about right

The waterfront component is already having a big impact from Gardiner.
The towers will add to the canyon feel.

It also didn't start until quite some time after the Quay-side development. I think this entire project has made good progress.

Andreas here from Artscape. We have started our fit-out construction with the polishing of the concrete floor and the framing of the walls. First photo is of our event space/class room area, which is facing the lake.
This is the view of the office area (north). No framing in this area yet, but the layout has been marked down on the floor (orange lines).
This is the large meeting room (looking North).
This is a view of the corridor where we will offer various collaboration spaces. The event space/class rooms will be to the right.
A view North along the main corridor (dubbed the "spine").
This is the view of our entrance/lobby area. The openings in the ceiling are skylights, bringing natural light into the lobby space.

Does anyone know when occupancy in the office tower is slated to begin? I've heard Spring/Summer 2018...is that still what they're aiming for?
