They are right up against 76 Shuter. The original artist renderings (http://urbantoronto.ca/database/projects/core-condos) were not like that; the old yellow building (68-70) was supposed to stay and only the brown ones to be taken down. They've totally walled in those people, I don't really understand how this is allowed. I understand that you can't prevent a condo from popping up across the street from you and spoiling your view, but this is really too close.

They are still building it like that. The tower is not going up right against the next building, there is a large gap between on Shuter. They are going to rebuild the yellow looking building.

Right? I dunno. I am a bit concerned. I do however think the actual floor plates etc seem to be interesting. So I'm hoping the shape of the building makes up for for warm grey panels. Which could MAYBE be ok if the black parts are still BLACK and not grey.
