Thanks for digging this up. It's rare for a project of this scale to have progressed so far with so few renderings being released. I didn't even realize that there was an office component to this. Great to see more office in the Yonge-Bloor node along with 7 St. Thomas.

They are. Just search 50 Charles in the AIC.

The townhomes and office building have been a part of the plan ever since the initial zoning amendment application. Look for for the final report background file #72234 of July 18, 2014.

Re: townhomes: true, however, they were never reflected in the 'marketing site plan' (really a roof plan) and as such, seem to have fallen under the radar (mine at least).
