Wow, that last shot really shows this off. There's a tonne of visual interest there, without compromising symmetry. Diverse but balanced--I like it.

Looks good. Would look even better with a bolder colour on the mechanical (a deep orange?) and less spandrel, but I still give it a solid 7.5 out of 10.

Fantastic write-up! Great to see an insider look into Canary District.
My older criticisms of the neighbourhood not having enough colour is starting to dissipate with the completion of the street and the prospects of retail and foliage. Canary District looks like something designed in Copenhagen!
So do we have a preliminary design for block 13 already available? Does it include renders?
