It looks recycled (but is it?) - there are also some fairly obvious examples of broken pieces in display.

Despite the fact that the design is crap, at least the materials on the podium are attractive.

But brace yourselves for the window wall plastered with massive amounts of spandrel glass. I looked through the drawing set and it's full of unspeakable horrors.

Given the numerous derivative tower designs, quality materials at street level is what I tend to look for these days.

To @modernizt's point, it's worth noting that save the small window on the below suite and the two existing slits (for suites 'The Chiswick' and 'The Hampton'), the entire north and south facades outside of the stone and punched windows on the podium are proposed as grey spandrel...
