I have to say that I am a little annoyed at Bridgepoint. Once they finally got around to opening these public spaces to the public who largely paid for them, most of the ramps were kept chained off and couldn't be used, hampering accessibility of the overall space. So, anyone with mobility issues has been sh*t out of luck. Given that we had a particularly mild winter, I'd walk by (on the stairs) and see the ramps inexplicably closed off, despite there not being even a snowflake or drop of ice on them. Maybe there are technical issues of some kind preventing the ramps from being opened, but shame on Bridgepoint for not getting those issues resolved sooner. In light of Bridgepoint's mandate of rehabilitation and complex care, this is just appalling.
