Oh man this building is simply sublime. Best in the district IMO.

It's quite nice, but I'm getting impatient to see some retail fill out the ground floor.

Apparently Brant Park is presently hooked up to a large diesel generator for power due to an error in the installation of its main electrical cable. The line is running across another property and it now must be relocated. It appears that the affected property is the hotel development just north of the condo.

It's EIFS so probably issues with shedding water from the facade and moisture in the exterior wall assemblies.
