It will all come down to how they put together the existing brick structure. If it turns out well (think Tableau) then this could be a homerun.
 

Its too bad Bisha's thick bronze 'fins' are terminated 5 levels above the brick building, the thick 'fins' look really sharp, whereas the narrow bronze strips above are barely noticeable

Yes, that's a major disappointment. I was hoping the rust-coloured fins to go all the way up the building like a screen or veil wrapping the tower (including the balconies) like in the renderings.
Simply having some of the vertical mullions coloured in the same rust colour is rather weak and is barely noticeable, which will make it look like any generic condo tower in the city.
