Fantastic stuff. The city is dying for something like this. The variety of geometric shapes is so pleasing to the eye, and such a relief from the surrounding monotony. HP and Teeple really put the other local firms to shame.
 
Overall a really great proposal for what it is, but I do think the "tree" column is really gimmicky and works against the design of the 'stacked' midrise block. Some of the other design motifs going on are really compelling though.
 
Wow..although not right on University Ave. I hope this will bring more pedestrian life to our grandest boulevard.
