There finally at ground level! Does anyone know how long it will take for this building to top up? There's two more high rises to get built on this block.

I don't really consider a building to have reached ground level until the ground level slab is poured.

In terms of time to top off, one is often looking at one month per podium level, and one week per residential level to complete a building. That said, it looks like the podium levels here have some repetitive elements, so likely not as long as one month for each of them.

You're probably looking at somewhere around February or March next year for it to be topped off.

Think about what the Entertainment District will be like in 8-10 years. The Shoppers redeveloped, hopefully whatever's going on the s/w corner of Peter and King developed, the development on the s/e corner of Spadina and King, where the LCBO is; perhaps also the row of buildings where the Lorne's is.

That stretch of King is going to be so epic.

That last pic shows what kind of street wall will be forming here. This building looks almost adjacent to the one directly south, and just about 6-8 meters from the one to the north. With King Blue coming up down on the corner there, this will look very different in two years.
