Taken from Mississauga Ward 9 Development Applications:
"Proposed Development: To change the official plan and zoning to permit a 4 storey apartment building with 20 units."

This will be a rental building on the northwest corner of Winston Churchill Boulevard and Britannia Road West in Mississauga's Meadowvale area. The developer is 2421845 Ontario Inc. and the architect is John Willmott Architect.

From the Landscape Plan we are able to see that the at-grade parking doesn't (largely) front Winston Churchill or Britannia:

I still find at-grade parking here unfortunate, but this siting does blunt some of the impact.
