This will be a rental building on the northwest corner of Winston Churchill Boulevard and Britannia Road West in Mississauga's Meadowvale area. The developer is 2421845 Ontario Inc. and the architect is John Willmott Architect.

From the Landscape Plan we are able to see that the at-grade parking doesn't (largely) front Winston Churchill or Britannia:

I still find at-grade parking here unfortunate, but this siting does blunt some of the impact.

The Plant List doesn't appear to have one true native on it:

I drive by here all the time. Was curious if there was any update on this plan.

Seems like the rezoning application was approved. I haven't seen it on a PDC agenda yet though.

I guess that's a step in the right direction. I'd like to see something happen at this site!
