Niagara Falls 5613-5633 Victoria Avenue | ?m | 36s | La Pue International | Chamberlain

Last thing Niagara needs is another large hotel. Why even bother? So it sits empty 9 months out of the year? Even long before COVID hit, Niagara was a ghost town October till around May. Other than casino's Niagara has done nothing to make the city a year round destination, or attract the nearly 6 million people who live in the GTA. Who have seen the falls millions of times and have no interest in tacky museums or casinos.

Vegas knows Gen Z and Millennials don't gamble like the boomers, so they added pro sport teams and A list residency shows, top tire clubs, world renowned chefs, restaurants, shopping/arts districts, which has brought an influx of younger of tourists.

I still hope someday soon Niagara creates a dining/shopping district with car free zones on Fallsview blvd. Niagara has more than enough parking lots and seedy motels to build something spectacular.
