What I love is how well this building fits into its surroundings. The refurbished lofts on the south side & the downtown building supply on the other. Just a great design.

Really should be a standard for any mid-rise going up in the west-end.

Because developers don't want to make $$$ when they can make $$$$$ by using extensive window-wall glazing. It's a much cheaper system than masonry veneer or other systems.

The brick pattern in the balcony glass frit is witty and unexpected, it's too bad it wasn't done to the same dimensions and proportions to the actual brick walls, but otherwise this is a very fine building overall.
I always like the combination of red brick and black window frames/mullions -- timeless and sharp looking.

Saw this project in person the other day. Man, it is STELLAR. Quality materials and attention to detail.

@Marcanadian and I went up to the top floor terraces this past evening of 383 Sorauren to get some pics of the Supermoon over the skyline. The clouds made that a little difficult, but the views were fun nevertheless!
