I love how neatly almost 2 years of updates for this project have fit on to a single page.

It's quite the monumental front on it. The stepped back sides, and only being 2 floors seems to go a long way to mitigating that, and allowing it to not overpower the neighbouring buildings.

I love this project. The terraced condo building harmonizes beautifully with the setbacks of the heritage facade. The old facade is still prominent in the streetscape, and the restoration is impressive.
