The big difference here seems to be that the elevators have been relocated closer to the south side of the building to move them and the overrun away from Queen Street, eliminating (or at least minimizing) shadows on Queen.

23 August 2014: Appears to be work commencing on the sales centre (on site.) Did anyone attend?
This street is going to feel like Carlton between Yonge and Church when all is said and done: unrelenting streetwall coming up to the sidewalk; cavernous, foreboding, yet compellingly urban.
And I can't wait. I often wish Toronto had more streets with strong streetwalls. It seems like once you're north of queen street there are no good streetwalls. Really makes the city feel much smaller-scale, even though there are still lots of towers.
i dont know, its a shame that such an ugly bldg. will rise right side by side to PicassoWow, another one coming to the area. I can't wait to see this one rise!
