haha you are right, they haven't started digging. But there IS a crane there strangely enough.

There's a bit of digging, but not much. A few metres at most.

This could be the fastest from market to construction developments in the city.
Then again there's only 10 stories and a dozen parking spaces so construction should be relatively simple.
