I still think this is an old date but have asked Pam's office for clarification.

THERE IS A MEETING ON 11 JANUARY, but the lack of proper advertising may make it 'unofficial'.
The City is holding a Community Consultation Meeting where you can learn more about this application, ask questions and share your comments.

not surprising. I also don't expect they will get much traction at the board with this. it's just way too aggressive. Maybe they are hoping for a settlement that is still very high density?
