More than 3-months since the modular-assembly was completed in September 2023.

Would expect this to be much closer to the final-finished state by now...??

JAN. 2024 update from the City - "The City of Toronto is pleased to announce that Fred Victor has been selected as the housing and support services provider at 150 Dunn Ave... Construction on the building at 150 Dunn Ave. continues and is expected to be completed by late Spring 2024."

First off, thanks @kotsy for being a good sport and getting us all this update.

That said............I really want to hear the detailed explanation for why a small, modular, 4-storey building is STILL being worked on in May '24, when assembly was complete Sept '23.

We're not even finished the cladding!

Some people may think I'm harsh about the City's housing program staff............. but time is money; and both have been wasted here.

The modular project in Hamilton has had the same timeline. It seems to be the cladding?.
