don't worry, the 10,000 office jobs in the core will more than make up for these. cars (in the city at least) are going the way of the dodo bird, we don't need as many service centres.

I walked by the site late last night. I kinda like the current building--it reminds me of old Ford dealers you see scattered across small town Ontario--places like Chesley, Monkton, Clinton.

But this design should be a good fit here.

Thanks for the pics. Disclaimer: I bought one of these 23 units.

Based on the website, they've sold 18 of 23 units. The occupancy date is slated for May 2016. Based on the pics/progress to date, any wildly speculative thoughts on if May 2016 is likely? (I know delays can happen for anything at any time - just curious in high level musings)

My friend also bought from builder Terra Firma, and despite minor problems post-warranty, the builder did little fix up jobs as needed. Not saying this will happen, but it is nice to know it is not necessarily a large corporate machine driving this place.

A lack of a basement (I have an upper unit) and storage locker are minor drawbacks for a pack rat like me. The bedrooms are a touch on the small side, too.
