This isn't Cityplace and there's a good shot it won't fit the rest of the waterfront mold either.

You would think they would build 3 below grade levels instead of 1 -keeping in tradition with the rest of CityPlace.

This being a City run facility, having public parking would be an additional income stream.

I would think in this case, Cityplace is more of a neighbourhood name ... just as you would describe the King West, WQW, or Fort York neighbourhoods

Another way is to go by the City's Secondary Plan names. CityPlace = Railway Lands West (west of Spadina) and Railway Lands Central (east of Spadina), King West = King-Spadina, WQW and Liberty Village = Garrison Common North, Fort York = Bathurst Strachan

The library is going in Block 32/36. Adam Vaughan said during the aquariam public meeting that there should be a community meeting about the library soon. They will probably also talk about the rest of Block 32/36, the pedestrian bridge, and Block 31.

Im confused...how acurate is this, was there some kind of variance in height for the 30 storey tower in block 32 which supposingly is the one under construction.

Finally, railway lands to see affordable housing

Work began in January on a 422-unit 40-storey rental tower, on land transferred to the Toronto Community Housing Corporation by the city. The apartments will rent at 80 per cent of market rates.

The land was deeded to the city in 1994, when the CNR sold off the former railway yards for development. The city’s official plan at the time called for 20 per cent of large developments to be set aside for community housing. The area is now the site of City Place, a multi-tower condominium development by Concord Adex.

Yeah, you're confusing a concept with an actual submitted proposal
