I ride by the demolition everyday, I'll try to get some pictures up.

Yes I rode past yesterday on my Vespa and the old warehouses are flattened. I have friends in the townhouse that will be right up against the townhouses that will be built on the site.

Oops, I am wrong, the southern part of one of the buildings is still there.

Here are a couple I took today.

That second shot by imith is "The Carlaw". The first is "The Taylor".

I feel sorry for the residents in the townhouses surrounding the two sites. The noise must be pretty intense.

I have friends in the townhouse immediately next to the Taylor and it has been terrible for them.

So much progress in so little time! With only two levels of parking, it won't be long before The Taylor hits street level:

From earlier today:

I'm guessing that by the end of the month the site will be at street level. Expected occupancy for this seven storey building is Spring 2016 and based on where they are with construction, it'll most likely happen!
