Thanks for the pictures. Is this really going to top out around 174 meters as suggested in the database? It seems quite a bit shorter, even once the mech has been added. Was this tower shortened at some point? (referring to 1 York)
 
I guess I read it in an older post then. Is it still 35 storeys, therefore 1 storeys to go and mechanical? I don't know for some reason it feels shorter than expected to me, unless the mechanical is going to be very large.
 
I'm really excited for the residential towers. They are going to be so slender and tall. I know they are just shy in height of the taller ice tower but because they are a tiny bit further south I imagine they will have just as much if not more impact from the islands.

Yeah, nice design to the balconies......the two building @ 765 ft, + 735 ft, is no way shy of ICE's 768 ft, 663 ft, and most likely will have a greater impact in our skyline
 
It's quite difficult to determine if the balconies are fritted glass or some other material- is there anyone who knows the answer to this? Similar dilemma with Massey Tower (which looks to be a combo of glass and other material)
