Looking east past the south wall of Studio towards financial core skyscrapers.
Here's the windows at the NW corner of the PH1 suite. Not on the market yet, the main room of the two penthouse suites will have 10 foot ceilings.
It seems a Dutch painter has been fired to apply a masterstroke to the PH1 suite:
@Marcanadian, and guys from New In Homes and BuzzBuzz hanging out on 31st floor balconies at Studio.

Agreed. The town homes in particular really do not add anything of quality to the public experience. It is disappointing because that base of Boutique had introduced a nice facade on Nelson Street, warm brick, retail etc. this building really kills turning Nelson into an interesting destination.
