True. Hopefully it will become just one of many residential towers tapering down from Yonge as the density in the area increases. Being so close to the park though, I think it may stand out for some time as they are unlikely to build anything taller next to AG.

I dont think the NE corner of Church and Carlton condos has been given a name really. Don't think they are named The Stanley Condos. Anyone know?

Church st between Carleton and Dundas (or Queen) will be quite different in a decade - more density, not as dead as it is now.

hmmm... they're either lying or uninformed about projects, or perhaps the venue is for another of their developments? now im uber curious

It depends on who Gotzvon was speaking with. If it was the first person to answer the phone, they would be used to handling calls for all the active projects, but they may very well not be far enough up the chain to know about what's not public yet.
