I wondered if it was him when i read that news item. I hope but doubt the police/courts will be lenient. I can't imagine it will be easy trying to enter the US with that conviction.

By the logic used to exonerate them, couldn't one break into a private house and not face charges, as long has there is no damage done, items stolen or physical harm committed?
