b) That artwork is really great. A lot to be proud of there, especially in a community that really deserves an opportunity for revitalization.

It looks like they have been tagged already - if they aren't part of the original artwork. The only quibble I have is that the pedestal looks unfinished, relative to the quality of the artwork. It would have looked so much better clad in stainless or black polished granite.
