No idea what the address is since most of the existing houses have been torn down for the site. I still see 1198 standing.

Ward councilor and the residents will love this development since they are less than 5s and townhouses.

It goes hand in hand with the Townhouses plan to replace the plan 4s condo north of this site call dellwoodpark.ca

Have yet to see the application for the site nor been before council.

Note title change from Queenscorp Residences

Hard to get shot of this project now. Once the ground floor is pour, the tower cranes will be coming down, since everything will be wood above it like the Dellwood to the north.
