Off subject a bit, but this new model recently appeared in teeple\'s window. Anyone know what this might be? Sorry for he terrible photos but it was really sunny.

That's the Gansevoort Hotel proposal for the same site, which got replaced by Picasso.

If that were built right beside Picasso they would compliment each other so nicely. Teeple really does great work we need more of them in Toronto.

Gloss will be beautiful in its own right. It would great to see that hotel design built elsewhere, however.

That organically stacked geometric form is brilliant for condos or apartments because it tells you that you're looking at a community of many different people. It's the same with terraced condos. They seem to better reflect the idea of a vertical community.
