That is one dreary, depressing building. I'd be screaming my head off, to my local councillor, if that went up across the street from me. (sometimes going total NIMBY is justified!) I would not want to look out my window every morning and see that dreadful thing in front of me.

Well, Mr. Pemberton is going to need every dollar to keep himself out of prison.

Karen Stintz was in bed with the developers. Carmichael-Greb, the new councilor, may as well be the developers pet. Not much could be done.

Local residents did complain, I canvassed this area heavily during the municipal election and practically every person detested this building going up.

My opinion is that this building looks good only when compared to Minto 30 Roe going up across Yonge.

This is sadly not one of Pemberton's finest works. We had such high hopes, too. If they continue to build this way (like they have for the last, well, since forever) then...
