Looking for SUMMER SUBLET - mature 1st year student

I am looking for an apartment to sublet over the summer, once school ends.

I will be working downtown and would like to find a tidy, reasonably priced unit that is downtown. The closer to Dundas Square the better- but that is not a necessity. I am keeping my options open at this point.

I am mature 19y.o. and would keep the place well-maintained and tidy. I am excited about the opportunity to live and work in downtown Toronto and look forward to any responses.

Have you tried posting on craigslist? That's the most effective way to sublet an apartment these days.
