Why wouldn't the Mayor be at an event like this? Big foreign money being invested in the city and the announcement of a new cultural venue (The Theatre Museum). That's what mayors do.

The on-site marketing suite is now closed and gone - relocated to Bloor Street, and the space is being cleared.

The 175 Bloor address is Baker Real Estate who are handling sales for the project. Greenland's Canadian head office is in the TD Centre.
