Is the front of this building complete? The side that faces Sherbourne, the Mansion side that is.

They still have that Tridel sign over top the door to the actual Mansion and the walk way seems incomplete.

Lindsay went up to the penthouse to see the suite modelling for her blog post.

The Penthouse is on two levels with the second level having a terrace with a hot tub and BBQ and great views of the city.

Another angle;

The top at James Cooper Mansion was handled quite nicely, unlike at X. It's a sleek and varied tower with good proportions. There's a wonderful sense of contrast that is often missing from new condo towers.

That paving is surprisingly cheap. The pattern is amateurish and the installation leaves a lot to be desired with wavy lines.
