Please don't remind me of that.. I get sad every time. We missed out on an amazing landmark addition to our city with that tower. INDX is coming out alright but its on in a hundred in our city.

It had elements similar to the Aura tower at College Park and probably would have turned out just as bad, if not worse.

sad that sapphire wasnt built (i remember when it was introduced like it was yesterday). it had the design and height that would of been a MUCH better addition to the skyline than this.
with that said, indx is still a decent addition i guess.

Assuming that he could even pull the awful building off, it is unclear he would be able to execute it as designed (like can you imagine the sphere on top being implemented as is?). Bullet dodged.
