This building looks a bit slabish and is going to block out a large portion of the downtown skyline. It better look decent when finished. The view from the Queen Street bridge (of Ice & L Tower) will sadly, be completely changed. That nice view corridor didn't last long.

Taken July 30, 2015:

The SAS building will disappear from (my) view in a couple of weeks. I will miss seeing the top floor outdoor patio. It is well used throughout the day.

The G&M Centre has risen to half of its ultimate 18 floor height (including mechanical penthouse), and once topped off, the Ivory condo building in the photo below will be completely obscured. I figure the G&M's penthouse roof will be at about the same level as the top of Aura's podium structure.

Air miles is moving all their offices here from University Ave, hmm has the design of the building changes, where are the set backs ?

This is a quick video I made of the changing view corridor down King Street East from the Queen Street Bridge. It was only recently that this corridor was developing into a nice view of the Southcore/Waterfront skyline with Ice And 10 York, creating an interesting view but that is soon coming to an end, as you will see in the video. This slabish tower will create its own, new corridor so I hope this building looks decent.
