Thought I'd start a thread for this part of town since a neighbourhood is rapidly growing here. This is a good move by Redpath. I don't know if they were asked to do this but anything that helps them be ' a good neighbour' won't hurt.

I think this is a dust filter for the air inside the big shed - which gets very dusty as the raw sugar is moved around. (The filter being outside) I am not sure if sugar dust is as inflamable as grain dust but it is undoubtedly not good to breath it in.

There is a new ‘cakery’ called Cuckoo Cakery in the building to the west of Sherbourne Common but couldn’t find it. Great to see so many businesses opening up. Also saw a ton of students going into the French university so I guess they are doing well. Photos taken 21 April.

Tracked it down. They had 193 new admissions in Sept '22 as compared to 73 the year prior.

Assuming a modest drop out rate, they would be in the ballpark of 250-260 total enrollment.

Still pretty small, but growing.

Great! I wonder how many the current facility is designed for? Maybe an expansion into Hines T3 just down the road?!

Planned enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year is 1,500

Teacher's College is coming online this year.
