It's a much cleaner cousin to the original casa when viewed from afar. I like this version much more.

The original Casa ultimately suffers because it's undefined, in my view. It comes across as cluttered and unfocused.

Given Benito's second photo of September 25, I would have trouble calling Casa more cluttered than Casa 2. For me, the problem is the "hat" on Casa, which doesn't quite fit. I also think that the greater height of Casa 2 will work in its favour. The massing of Casa would be more pleasing were it just a bit taller, IMO. The proportions of another aA project from earlier, Spire, look just a little more graceful to my eye.

Meh, I think Casa looks good as is. I do wish Casa 2 and 3 weren't so similar but they at least don't look terrible...
