Agree with Superstar. Having purchased a penthouse in this building I can say that the quality of the build is noticeably better than the few other purchases we have made in the past from other builders - I can see that the contractors on this project were not sloppy with their work - there are good efforts to the finer details. Happy with how the layout turned out for our unit, quality fixtures, appliances, and gas line out to terrace, commercial grade sprinklers in the unit, ceiling receptacles for lighting in dining, living, bedroom (usually an option at other places), AC outlets all over the place.
