That's a lot of contaminated soil for an office building to create. Though I suppose there was factory of some sort there in the past.

Someone's pretty confident about getting approvals. Crane is going up today.

They got Community Council approval for the zoning amendment application this week. It will go to City Council in July for final approval.

Im not sure Id call it being confident as I would consider it being prepared. Mind you I am biased since I bought into this project, but I like the idea that this development group is ready to go once approval is given. Perhaps this means the project will suffer less delays for occupancy... or wishful thinking on my part.

They were delivering rebar this morning along with a concrete bucket.

On Tuesday the 7th, City Council made all this prep work worthwhile by approving the zoning amendments needed to build Axiom.
